APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the following application. By submitting this application applicants verify that the information provided is complete and truthful to the best of their knowledge.

Once the application has been submitted, the applicant will receive an email acknowledging that it has been received. In addition to the application, a complete profile will contain the following material:

1. A resume with the contact information of two references
2. A brief personal essay
3. One recommendation
4. College transcript

PERSONAL ESSAY

The essay lets applicants tell the story their application, resume, and transcript cannot. Essays should be free of grammatical errors, spelling errors and no longer than two pages in length. In addition, essays should explain how/why the student is applying to The McMurry Fellowship and what they hope to achieve if selected.

RESUME

The resume should be up-to-date, accurate, and list all recent work experience, dates of employment and name and contact information for two references.

COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT

An up-to-date college transcript should be submitted.

RECOMMENDATION

One professional recommendation is required. The recommendation should address the applicant's ability to take on and fulfill obligations.
